The Board of Directors determines the overall strategy of AKI Therapeutics and oversees the implementation of the strategy and the performance of the company; ensures adequate management and organization; and, as such, actively contributes to developing the company as a focused, innovative pharmaceutical company. Further, the Board of Directors supervises the Management.
